09 Tire Changer

I first was involved with quarter midget racing, like my brother; I drove and worked on them. At 5 years old this continued until I was 15 years old. I won some races and more than one championship.
My racing career shifted to my brother’s move to sportsman cars in Plainville where I wrenched and supported Bo’s effort. This became my primary role as Bo could always keep a mechanic busy. It seemed to take an awful lot of effort to keep these cars going.   Over the years I’ve done whatever it takes to maintain and develop the cars that Bo has driven. Which have been predominantly open wheel cars. Racking up approximately 22 years experience I’ve seen it all and never missed a race he drove.   At times this has been tough yet always rewarding. It’s fair to say I love auto racing. My best memories so far are racing on the modified tour in 1989. And I’m looking forward to a great season full of opportunity for a great team and driver. Again on the tour in 2001.   The only ingredient that is yet unknown is luck and with any we’ll be a force to reckon with.
