09 Tire Changer

The first time I ever went to a race, I was 21 years old, it was at Stafford Speedway. The speed of the modifieds really impressed me and Bo Gunning soon became my favorite driver to watch. I knew his brother; Tommy and I became a Bo Gunning groupie. I hooked up with Tommy and Bo and began a long career of working on the cars Bo drives. My first job was nut and bolting the underneath of the car.
The most fun I ever had was being part of the 1998 championship effort for Bo in the # 33 SK. We were counted out by all those in the know but came back as a team to beat the odds.
The worst night I ever had was when we lost the 33 car and team at the end of the 1999 season.
Bo called me at the end of the 2000 season to get us together for a season close out of Stafford, Thompson, Martinsville with Eddie Partridge’s 09 Featherlite. Things went well during that time and we ended up with a full 2001-tour commitment with TS Motorsports. My job is front tire changer over the wall and all purpose mechanic.I am very excited about the 2001 season.
